If you want to change your plan in Neolo, in this guide we explain how to do it.
You must follow these steps:
1) Enter your customer account in Neolo from here https://c.neolo.com/
2) Once you are inside, click on the Services button
3) Click the Active button on the corresponding service
4) Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button on the left side panel.
5) On the plan you want to switch to, select the billing cycle you want and click the Choose Product button.
6) Check if your choice selected is correct and now press the Click to continue button at the bottom of the page.
7) Make the payment.
