You can cancel a claim or return request by following these instructions:
- Log into your PayPal account
- Click on Resolve an issue in our Resolution Center at the bottom of the page
- Select Open Cases from the drop-down menu and search for your transaction
- Click on View in the "Action" column of your transactio
- On the “Claim Details” page, click Cancel Claim
- On the “Close controversy” page, indicate the reason why you want to cancel your claim and click Cancel.
