How do I cancel a claim or return order on PayPal?

 

You can cancel a claim or return request by following these instructions:

 

  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Click on Resolve an issue in our Resolution Center at the bottom of the page
  3. Select Open Cases from the drop-down menu and search for your transaction
  4. Click on View in the "Action" column of your transactio
  5. On the “Claim Details” page, click Cancel Claim
  6. On the “Close controversy” page, indicate the reason why you want to cancel your claim and click Cancel.

Done!
